Meet the Principal
Myles Gooding has built a forty year career on the retail and consumer industries under three main pillars.
First 15 years directly in retail operations holding field and corporate executive roles in the operations, planning, merchandising, supply chain aspects of the business.
Next 8 years in the software technology in design, development, and implementation of solutions that enable the retail / consumer industry.
Last 20 years in management consulting working with top tier retail / consumer organisations assisting clients to become ‘first movers’ in new capabilities using advanced analytics / AI. His accomplishments include developing new business capabilities that transform clients’ operations with measured improvements in Gross Margin and Working Capital Efficiency.
